Sub : Engagement of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Under DST funded project-reg.
Ref : DST.Sanction order No.100/IFD/2940/2009-10. dated 24-7-09.
Applications are invited from the candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualifications for the award of junior Research Fellowship in DST funded project, Govt. of India, New Delhi. Details are as follows.
1. Project Title: Development of Entrepreneurs for Commercialization of Biocontrol Agents of Major Pests of Mulberry and Silkworm to contain the Menace
2. Project Period : Three Years
3. Designation : Junior Research Fellow.
4. Qualification : M. Sc. I class with Sericulture/Agri. Entomology/Agri., Sericulture/ Zoology (Spl. Entomology)
5. Age Limit: 30 years as on 1st July, 2009.
6. Consolidated Fellowship: 1st and 2nd Year Rs. 12000/+13% HRA and 3rd year Rs. 14000/+13% HRA.
7. No.of Fellowships : One.
8. Terms and Conditions:
a) The fellowship is purely temporary and Co-terminus with the project.
b) The selected candidate shall execute an agreement on non-judicial stamp paper.
c) He/she has to work under the Principal Investigator (PI) and carryout the instructions of the PI and Co-PI from time to time.
d) He/she will be paid TA and DA as per rules.
e) He/She will have 12 days of casual leave per year.
f) He/She will have to under take field work as per the requirement of the project.
g) The payment of emoluments will be on the basis of calendar month.
h) Selected candidate will have a scope for Ph.D. programme.
i) Candidates if called for interview have to attend on their own cost.
